Safety
Training
• We run annual safety classes, which are voluntary, but have
95% attendance rates.
•Many
of our employees have been trained in high-voltage installation
and safety by Commonwealth Edison, the local electric utility.
•All
of our employees have received training and certification in the
use of powder-actuated tools, and they renew that certification
every year.
•Our
warehouse employees have been OSHA fork-lift trained.
•Our
office personnel have been trained in muscular/skeletal disorders
(carpal tunnel).
•All
drivers have reviewed a safety video tape and are periodically tested
on driving safety.
•Our
vice president of business development is instructor journeyman
at International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local
134/National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) Training
